For those who have received salvation, all that we have – all the forgiveness – all the peace – all the mercy – all the grace and the list goes on – all that we have is only because of the magnificent, complete sacrifice that Jesus gave on our behalf.  He and only He paid the price for our salvation with His precious blood.  As we look back to the beginning and see what Adam lost for mankind and then realize it was the awesome Son of God, Son of Man, Emmanuel, God with us who purchased back our original place and position with the Father.  We know and understand that it was great Love that rescued us.  To Him go all honor and praise and respect and glory.  If it were not for Him, we would be lost and undone.  Thanks be to God for the great things He has done.  We are in Him.

Here are but a few of these marvelous truths:

II CORINTHIANS 1:20 “For all the promises of God in him are yes, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”

ACTS 17:28 “For in Him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, for we are also his offspring.”

JOHN 3:16 “ For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

I JOHN 5:14-15 “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us.  And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.”

EPHESIANS 1:7 “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.”

COLOSSIANS 1:17 “And He is before all things and in Him all things consist.”
